We are a Dutch family living in  Sweden. We bought this villa, in 2004, to have our own residence, close to the waterfront, in our home country . 

We will be ourselves in the villa for some holidays and weekend breaks during the year. 

That’s why we rent out our villa out for some of the other periods during the year.
